When opening a CSV-file with data, separated by commas, certain numbers are
treated as date. For example, the number 2.1125 is treated as 01.02.1125 which
is crazy.
Try it yourself. Make a text file containing exactly the following:

1,2.1125,5
2,2.134,8
3,2.1256,10

Name the file "test.csv" and double-click it. In filter say "Separated by
comma"
and press OK. While in filter window data looks like it really is in Calc
window
you should see now:

1 01.02.25 5
2 01.02.34 8
3 01.02.56 10
