For example, the number 2.1125 is treated as 01.02.1125 which is crazy. Try it yourself. Make a text file containing exactly the following: 1,2.1125,5 2,2.134,8 3,2.1256,10 Name the file "test.csv" and double-click it. In filter say "Separated by comma" and press OK.
