I am using OpenOffice in swedish on both windows and Fedora 13.
The versions are 3.2.0 (for windows it seems like there is no newer Swedish
version, and it is what is shipped with Fedora 13).

How to find the issue:

Make a document with about three four pages, you do not really need to write
anything on it but it helps for track-keeping.
Scroll to page three or four (does not need to be the last on).
Mark some text.
press the "Fetch Format" (I think the english name is, the brush next to Paste
in the toolbar).
Move your mouse pointer down towards the document.
Watch how the document scrolls upward as soon as the mouse pointer reaches over
the document.
Move the mousepointer futher down and it will stop scrolling. Move your mouse
pointer upwards again and it will continue scrolling upwards.
Press "Fetch Format" to jump back to your original position.

The document scrolls just like when you are trying to mark some text moving
your
mouse with the left button pressed trying to mark text in the document, or move
marked text. But the problem is that this is NOT what I try to do here, the
thing I am trying is to mark text in one position, copy the format and past it
onto another part of the text. That is pretty hard on a 20+ pages document when
it starts to scroll uncontrollebly.
