Create New Text Document 2. Create Table with 1 row and 2 columns 3. Create sub-tables within each column of the table above with a 2-row 2-column dimension 4. Save as MS Word 97/2000/XP .doc (see step-4.png) 5. Close doc 6. Re-open doc 7. Select File >> Save as ... MS Word 97/2000/XP .doc and overwrite doc (see step-7.png) 8. Close doc 9.
