Load the attached file, double-click on A2 (Apples), select field "Color". Save
and reload the file, then select "Refresh" from the context menu in the
DataPilot table. The field "Color" now has "Show items without data" set, and
there's an entry for "orange". Double-click on the "Carrots" cell, then on
"orange" (B7) and select field "Date". Now the DataPilot table has lot of empty
results for "Apples".

In 3.2 the "Show items without data" flag was also set, but the empty results
for the dates were not shown because the "Date" field doesn't have that setting.
