I don't, for me when I drag a window by grabbing the title bar it is just an outline that is shown until I let go of the title bar. I move the window from being maximized on one monitor to being maximized on the other, with no unmaximized state being displayed by OOo inbetween. Then I let go of it, and then close it. When I then start Writer again, it appears maximized on the first monitor, not on the one to which I moved it.
