(Anand Gopalakrishnan,8/31/10)Additional Information:

OS: Windows XP
Open Office Used: 3.2.1 Stable version and 3.3.0 Beta
File Formats Tested: AIF audio, AU audio, MIDI, mp3, ogg. wav
Some of the accepted Special Characters in filename: %,ü,ö, ä
Summary: It fails in loading a sound file with filename %

1. Open OpenOffice Impress and click on Insert Menu
2. Select Movie and Sound option
3. Browse and select a file with filename % (Use the file attached for the
purpose, you can also use any file named as %)

- You will see an error message saying file format not supported

Testing with Microsoft Powerpoint: It was possible to insert the same file in a
powerpoint slide

Important Note: Issues observed in both Windows XP and Windows 7 for the sound
file with special character % is reproducible with the official build of
OpenOffice downloaded from the website (3.2.1 stable build and 3.3.0 Beta build)
Also, it is reproducible for any sound filename containing % in it
i.e:
soundissue%.wav - A sound file of this name is also not considered as supported
format by OpenOffice
