2010 -------
- open the attached document
- double-click the contained chart to activate it
- open the properties dialog for any of the two data series
- on the "Options" tag page, change the alignment from the primary to the
  secondary y-axis
- close the dialog with OK
=> now the bars for both data series overlap each other, while previously,
   they were adjacent

I don't think this is the expected result - is it?
