Sorry we don't give support or debug hand written macros in issues. If you want
help on that please go to one of the mailing list and ask there for help.
But the much more important question: Why are you using a macro? Meanwhile title
case conversion is build in functionality. See 'Format/Change case/Capitalize
Every Word' or 'Format/Change case/Sentence case'. And that should work just
fine with a current OOO330_m6 build, since in that version the latest fixes got
integrated. Please try that version but without your macro.
