There is a problem on creating and editing snap point/lines (it applies both to
OOo Draw and Impress). According to the OpenOffice.org documentation, the
position of a snap point/line is measured from the page border. However, when a
snap point/line is created or edited, the position value is measured from the
page margin.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open OpenOffice.org Draw and create a new document;
2. Make sure that the page margins are defined higher than zero (in menu Format
-> Page);
3. Go to menu Insert -> Insert Snap Point/Line;
4. Keep all values zero and click Ok;
Note that the snap point/line is created not on the page border, but on the page
margin.

So, next:
5. Right click on the snap point/line created, and click Edit Snap Point/Line.
Note that the value as changed: now it correctly refers to the distance between
the page border and the snap point created.
6. But, if you click Ok now (keeping all values), the snap point/line's place
will change again!

I'm using OpenOffice.org 3.2.1 on Windows XP and Ubuntu 10.04.
