Running Windows 7 and OOo-Dev_3.3.0beta1_Win_x86 I ran through the suggested methods to reproduce it posted here. The only anomalous behavior occurred when repeatedly pasting the flag. For less than 1 minute the program would not respond to me clicking on the flags.
