I annotate days where exceptional timing has occurred, i.e., late for work, appt, ran an errand, left early reason, on travel, etc. While I have not seen any instances of the cell formulas changing, I am finding that the cell comments have disappeared from some cells in past worksheets. I see no trend to the disappearance. Some weeks all comments are gone in others isolated comments have disappeared. I can't think of anything that I might have done to cause it. I seldom use undo and generally only use cut and paste to initialize a new week's worksheet after copying the last week's worksheet to open the next week's worksheet. I don't go back and forth from .ods to .xls but occasionally will export a pdf version of a single worksheet for emailing a week's timecard. Any suggestions to avoid the disappearance would be appreciated. I can send a sample spreadsheet if that would help but could not see a way to attach it to the issue report.
