Thanks for your comment. Sorry for my bad english. I try to explain:
I cant find this feature implemented. Maybe I´ve descripted it the wrong way.
I attached 3 pictures:
1: In MS Word I can drag a Picture outside the Pagemargins.
2: In Writer the Picture cant be dragged over the margins.
3: In Draw I can drag the Picture anywhere I want. Even outside of the page.
What kind of name should I use for this issue if this one is closed?
Or is it implemented in future releases? I use 3.2.0 (german) on WinXP (SP3).
Or am I just too stupid to find this feature?
