Steps to replicate: -Create a new Impress presentation or Draw file -Insert a blank table -Select the table, table toolbar should appear when doing so. -Under the two drop down menus, select anything; color, bitmap, or hatching. -Any changes you desired to be applied, are not. However, if you perform this set of steps while selecting a single cell in the table, the cell's background will be changed.
