The aim is to create labels with mail merge. The Name and the Institution are
not on the same line.
See attached files.

I use the italian Version of OpenOffice so I'm not sure how the commands are
exactly called in english.
Create a Calc spreadsheet (test.ods).
Create a Write document (label.odt) that makes labels (italian: etichette)
based on the above spreadsheet. This is done the following way:
- copy the Write document from an existing one that already does a mail merge
with a similar spreadsheet (same columns but different data)
- create a Base database (test.odb) linked to the spreadsheet with "guided
procedures" (italian: procedure guidate)
- link to new database with modify, change database (italian: modifica, scambia
database), database = test
- mail merge with file, print (italian: file, stampa), print to file
In the result you will see that the Institution is not correct in the mail
merge. The first label shows the name of the first row, but the institution of
the second row and so forth.

This only happens for labels, not normal mail merges.

This does not happen if you create a new document of the type "Label" (italian:
etichette) instead of copying the document. But this means you must rebuild the
graphics and formatting every time.

In some cases (less spreadsheet columns, less data, ...?) it works fine the
same.
