Quite repeatable but only some lines experience the rotation, others are fine. Rotation change is very small, "-0.08 degrees" for example, but enough to show up as jaggy when viewed. As long as format stays ODP, multiple save/restores produce no line rotation, but saving in PPT and restoring via OOo experiences the erroneous line rotations.
