------- Additional comments from michaelrei...@openoffice.org Mon Oct 4 12:36:18 +0000 2010 ------- @es. ok thanks. If somebody stumbles on the same problem and is not in the mood to guess was hi means: open your document and use command "show, field name" (italian: visualizza, nome di campo). You will see that "next record" appears before the field and that's why it is shifted. @hi - open label2.odt. - do not use "show, field names" - most of the users won't. - press F4 to see database columns - move for example the "city" header after "Institution" in the label - enjoy ;-) You may say "works as designed" but I think not, it is not really user friendly. A common non-technical user does not understand what is happening. And I did not see any OpenOffice manual explaining you mustn't move the fields on the last position if you don't want mail merge to shift everything. Anyway I let you decide if it's worth reopening. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
