Actually, it's very easy to reproduce even with writer, i've attached a new test
case.

Making a new table in writer (when it's defined as LTR) and then pasting it into
calc would flip the data.

Of course when pasting it from an LTR writer document it might seem logical, but
the same thing will always happen when pasting it from most internet pages
and/or other sources.
Those source will likely be RTL documents, but the data will still be flipped.

To reproduce with the new test.odt -> Open up Calc, switch to RTL and then paste
the table into it.
