I could not reproduce it on an English Windows XP Professional Build 2600
Service Pack 2, tried with PP3 respin, OOo1.1.4 and SRX645m53 build, of course
using Greek Regional Settings, even set the system date back to 2004-10-18 (the
date you reproduced it) because I assumed it being connected with issue 17222
and/or issue 24082 and/or issue 39561, though unlikely because AFAIK 1999-04-30
wasn't a DST switch date in Greece but 03-28 was, and they also didn't switch at
00:00 but 03:00 instead. Maybe this issue depends on the Windows service pack
version.
Can the original submitter still reproduce it, did things change with OOo1.1.4?
