When I print the page, it is quite obvious that some lines are thicker than others. It also looks like the page preview draws some lines thicker than others. (I can't quite tell on screen; but with a printout it's as plain as day). When I zoom into the page, it appears that the thicknesses change (ie: at one magnification, the left border will look thicker.
