It is a regression and screenshots I'll shortly attach will make it clear. Setting P2 because, for those users experiencing it, it will be "A critical usability problem" since only the up arrow is displayed and working, and it is very counterintuitive that they must type to decrease values. However, I don't know how many users are affected.
