Hint: How to test the fix if no htts proxy is avail:
- Enter a non-existing(!) https proxy name/port in
Tools/Options/OOo/Internet/Proxy
- File -> Open (Use OOo file dialog!)
- enter some valid(!) https URL (e.g. https://www.postbank.de)
=> Fix is present, if a message box "The host name www.postbank.de could not be
resolved." appears. This is an indicator that the invalid htts proxy was tried
to contact to establish the connection. Without the fix, the page would just
have loaded fine.
