Your 'Summary' of 'Spell checking in russian build is broken' has at least profoundly confused me. Since I never suspected it to be wrong. But looking at the code base for OOO330 it is like this: The Russian extension that comes a long with OOo doen NOT provide spell checking functionality! It only includes a thesaurus and hyphenation. Thus spell checking can't possibly be broken! So now please state clearly what is broken (if anything). If thesaurus and hyphenation do work everything is fine (in the sense of not being broken). If you miss the spell checking component (which would clearly be understandable) then this is not a 'something is broken' issue, that is a 'Defect'. In that case the correct issue type would be 'Enhancement'. To make it clear: I'm not blaming you if you thought there was a spell checker and believed it to be broken. I only like to really understand what this issue is actually about: a) a missing spell checking component or b) not working thesaurus or hyphenation Btw., if you are looking for an additional spell checker extension to download you can find them here: http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/dictionaries Depending on the new extension having a hyphenation and thesaurus as well or not it might be a good idea to remove the pre-bundled Russian extension before installing a new one. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
