To recreate this problem, open attached spreadsheet 'Elevators.ods'.

The spreadsheet is a stripped down version of what we use to track farmers'
loads of grain received at our elevator. The spreadsheet is set up to print
the tickets of any particular load specified by inserting a value in column A
of the record to print. (Records with the highest column A value are displayed
in print format inside the defined print range I8:J16)

Now the problem arrises when I'd like to print a report of all loads received
from 'Farmer 50'. I filter the data for 'Farmer 50' in column C. (Notice that
this hides the print range)
Now I select A2:F50 and hit ctrl+P. There's 0 pages to print acording to Calc,
even when I select 'Selected Cells'.

What's more, closing the dialog box after this by hitting Cancel causes Calc to
crash, displaying a messagebox:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
