Starting in cws native340:
Java GUI Installer does not ignore error, but displays at the end of the
installation that an error occurred.
simplepackage.pm for archive and installed exit the packaging process, if unopkg
returns an error.
admin.pl also exits the packaging process, if unopkg failed.
Changes:
Windows CustomAction exit status is no longer ignored. Changing from type 65 to
type 1.
Windows CustomAction returns returnvalue from unopkg (and displays a MessageBox
if an error occurred.)
Shell scrips for unix packages return the exit code of unopkg.
Still open:
unopkg has to return a value not equal 0, if an error occurred.
