I just completed generating a writer document that contains mailing addresses
for printing Christmas card envelopes.  It took a while to get thing correct but
I eventually figured out how to do it.  The problem is that some of the zip
codes (about one half) do not show up in the final merged document.  All zip
codes show up in the in the spreadsheet document and in the database document. 
Also all of the fields are shown as text in both of the above documents.  Any
ideas on what is wrong and how to fix?
