According to http://www.mail-archive.com/d...@api.openoffice.org/msg10740.html,
the syntax for @since tags in IDL files is as follows:
  @since OOo <major>.<minor>[.<micro>], <micro> only if > 0

It would be good if this rule would be enforced at compile time - which means
that autodoc, which is the tool processing those tags, should bail out if it
encounters a non-conformant tag.
