Database is linked ODBC source (SQLite). In properties default encoding is set to UTF-8. That's how the table looks in view and in edit: http://img295.imageshack.us/img295/7425/oobaseodbctable.png in Query When linking to accdb file, or creating embedded .odb database, everything work fine.
