AW: SW uses it's own Graphic frames, thus cannot have to do with Drawinglayer.
Drawinglayer itself uses DrawBitmapEx at VCL's OutputDevice (It may use
GraphicManager when the graphic is rotated what is not possible in SW, thus
testing with rotated graphic may give another hint). Since the test graphic is
not rotated and the same happens in SW, DrawBitmap/DrawBitmapEx is the candidate
to watch. There is no special handling for Windows, e.g. using GDI+ or so.
AW->PL/HDU (?): Please check DrawBitmap/DrawBitmapEx output on 16bit color depth
on WIN.
