In our office we are using Ubuntu / Mandriva with Open Office. In both Linux and
in any version we get problem with Open Office.

I told to all users save their files in Linux Formats (odp, odt, ods, sxc , sxi,
sxc) not windwos formats, But problems didn't solved. I have below Problems :

1- OO needs many RAM, I checked with free command and sometimes it takes 2 GB
RAM
2- OO hanged Up and after closing files, files will be 0 bytes
3- After One day working on Simple file and saving it, next day we see that
nothing saved.

Any Idea, any solution ? Please Help Me for solving this problems,
