Someone redesigned this feature without understanding it. The checkmarks are not
gone, you accedentaliy opened that dialog from non master view after loading. In
non master view currently all checkboxes are disabled and unchecked. I will
reintegrate the feature that in non master view the user can change the
placeholder settings of the current pages master page.
