Login as a ''new'' user, i.e. a user who does not already have $HOME/.openoffice.org setup) 3. Select Launch, Applications, Office, OpenOffice.org Writer Expected Results 3. OO.org Writer is launched and can be used Actual Results 3. OO.o splash screen is shown, progess bar moves roughly 1/4 of the way along, then freezes. - sometimes the splash screen does not appear.
