I understand. It means that several extensions need to get an overhaul before 
they work in non-translated languages. I think this will take a while and some 
extensions are abandoned. There are most certainly more extensions not working 
properly than the few I have tested. I believe this will upset some users who 
can't find extensions they had installed in OOo 3.2. 
I have no idea if it is possible to change back in how OOo handle extensions, 
but 
if the extensions work, despite not being written as they should be, I think 
that 
would be a better (temporary?) solution. 
N.B. I am not a programmer and can't judge the amount of work and if such a 
change is possible to do in a RC.
