I am running the installer from the only administrator account on a "Windows XP
Pro x64" system.

After the installer deleted my OO3.1.1 it began installing OO3.2.1.
The MS C++ runtime was installed.
Updating Registration.
Copying new files.
That went away and the Status was blank but the bar still growing across.

And then a message came up:
Insufficient Privledge. You must be administrator .....
Except the account is the administrator account.

I manually re-ran the installer but disabled the optional component for IE
extensions since I don't have IE loaded on my system.
