I can open OOo in the 3 "standard" users but not in the owner which I have now renamed to administrator1. I have reinstaleld it twice. When I left mouse click on the the short cut to OOo in administrator1 I only get the following error box " OpenOffice.org 3.2 - Fatal error" then the message in the error box "The application can not be started.
