Example: try to save file with using name "testový-file.ods", effect is next: saved as file with name "testov%FD-file.ods". After copying of the file (via command line) to file with correct name "testový-file.ods", OpenOffice is not able to open the file. In general, OpenOffice is not able to open files wit some CE characters in their names (character "ý" for example). This Error occurs in the OppenOffice 3.3.0 RC7, LibreOffice Beta3 and in the IBM Syphony 3.
