2010 -------
Open or create a two-page document and add a note (a comment) at the beginning.
Leave the insertion cursor in the note and try to scroll down: it won't scroll
past the comment.

It works normally in OO 3.2.1 (and it scrolls back automatically to the comment
if you go on editing your comment).
