dvo: Thanks for pointing this out!
(Mostly) agreed and fixed in CWS dvoqbfix4. The mostly part is that the
fall-through line should never be reached (except in the error case with the
generic 'catch' clause just above), so I made it to return an error code instead
of 0.
I also removed an unused variable (in another catch clause), so that warning is
gone, too.
