I am running a non-product build of DEV300_m95. When I try to open the file
MasterREFUSA.xls attached to issue 110030, the program presents a dialog box
saying ...
Read-Error.
This is not a WinWord97 file.
and does not display the file.
Well, what is it, a Word file or an Excel file?
For comparison, my non-product build of DEV300_m94 presented message "general
input/output error", as documented the the old issue.
