After pasting one or more cells, followed immediately by changing the border
lines or border colors of a different cell, the anchor changes back to the
pasted cell(s).

To duplicate, open a New spreadsheet.
fill a few rows with something (for visibility, rows 1 to 5 and columns a and b)
Select one or more cells (pick A1:B2)
Ctrl-C to copy.
Click elsewhere (pick A5)
Ctrl-V to paste.
Click elsewhere (pick C2 because it is nearby, but not immediately adjacent)
Click on the border lines button on the toolbar, Or ctrl-1 on the numpad, or
Border line color button. Choose any border line button, doesn't seem to matter
which one.
Immediately press [left-Shift] and move cursor (right,up,etc, pick right)

Expected behavior: a range selected from C2:D2
Actual result: a range selected from A5:D2
The anchor point reverted back to when the last paste occurred (A5)

This did not happen in OO_3.1 but is now present in OO_3.3-pre2 and pre7.

Further testing: It does not happen when selecting the X pattern (only found in
the formatting dialog opened with ctrl-numpad-1). Only the left-right-top-bottom
or surround-box lines trigger this bug.

Also, the selecting of C2 does not need to happen by mouse click. Using the Up
arrow button after the paste at A5:B5 will also not prevent this bug.
