Having created several dbf files (and corresponding ods tables), I am trying to
create & print labels. These have been configured OK. The Help screens indicate
that: "5. Optionally, if you want to type more text, apply formatting, or
insert images and line art, you should enable Synchronise contents on the
Options tab. If you enable this, once you leave the Labels dialogue box a small
window opens with a Synchronise button. Now you only need to work on the first
label on the labels document, then click the Synchronise button to copy your
work to every label of the document.
2. Click New Document."

Besides seeing no facility for "working on the first label" this brings up the
(page of) labels with fields showing OK. However when trying to print (to file
or printer) the Mail Merge screen window (on left) does not show the databases
recently created, only old databases.

Also, in the first Field column (Update_201, apparently a database field) has
boxes, sometimes colored blue, sometimes with a check mark. Perhaps I can
ignore this field column?

In summary, the Help Screens do not appear to agree with the activity screens
described and vitally, I cannot find the database (which I know is there and
from which my label creation attempt started) in the Mail Merge screen.
