The date format MMMM gives incorrect month names for Russian language, for
example "D MMMM, YYYY" applied to 7.12.04 gives "7 Декабрь 2007" instead of "7
декабря 2007". The month name should appear lowercase, as it comes in the
middle of sentence, and in Genitive case, as it's a contraction of phrase "7th
day *of December*". The current _calque_ of English format is totally useless
and plain ridiculous.
