------- Additional comments from zsa...@openoffice.org Sun Jan 16 18:34:40 +0000 2011 ------- Problem: FIND function not finding text in Word Processor document I found a problem when attempting to find the word online (font = Trebuchet MS, 12pt, not italic, normal) and replace it with the same word in a different text, online (font = Arial Rounded MT Bold, 9pt, not italic, normal). I have documented the problem with screen shots. (I haven't figured out yet where to send or attach that information.) I tried this search several different ways, as in: 1. Match case ON & OFF, 2. Whole words only ON & OFF, 3. Set attributes ON & OFF 4. Set attributes OFF & Whole words OFF & Attributes OFF One interesting thing was the FIND function would find what I had set up as the replacement text, the word “online” (font = Arial Rounded MT Bold, 9pt, not italic, normal) rather than than what I set it up to look for, “online” (font = Trebuchet MS, 12pt, not italic, normal.) I finally saved another copy of the document. The FIND & REPLACE function starting working correctly in the new document. Thanks for your help.
