2011 -------
moved the "print in reverse page order" CheckBox into the "Range and Copies"
group on the "General" TabPage; this would seem to be the better place; it also
is the the places where other applications like acrobat reader or the Gnome
applications have their equivalent CheckBox.
The "print in reverse page order" is not sensitive to any driver specific
setting in "Properties" on any platform - and that would be counter productive
anyway since if OOo reversed the page order and the driver did that again that
would end up a null operation.
