When saving a document from Writer which has a TOC and headers/footers as a DOC
file (97/2000/XP), the headers and footers can not be edited in WORD under
Windows unless the checkbox "Protect against manual changes" for the TOC is
unchecked in Writer. This seems like a strange link in that a TOC heading
affects also protection on headers/footers.
