The bug also seems to occur when breaking the link of an OLE object and then copying it on the same or different document. Replication Sequence: 1. Create a document to use as the OLE object (i.e. spreadsheet) 2. Create a new Writer document 3. Insert a linked OLE object 3.1. Go to Insert -> Object -> OLE Object 3.2. Click on "Create from File", browse to the file and check the box "Link to File" 4. Break Link to OLE object 4.1. Go to Edit -> Link 4.2. Click on "Break Link" 5. Click on OLE object to select it 6. Copy it by pressing CTRL+C 7. Paste it by pressing CTRL+V Expected output: Copied object with broken link Actual output: Link is not broken There is a workaround for this bug: 1. Follow above steps up to step 5. 2. Cut the object by pressing CTRL+X 3. Close the document 4. Re-open the document 5.
