Added support for unlimited number of fields in page/column/row/data area:
- Area shows scrollbar if number of contained fields exceeds available space
- On drag&drop, all areas show a bold black insertion cursor while dragging
- On drag&drop, all areas scroll automatically while dragging on first/last
field
