Hmmm... Just re-thinking this one.
The new spell checker dictionary alone does not solve the problem. While
writing, "IJ..." still gets auto-corrected to Ij... (and then marked as
misspelled).
Thus any (incomplete) list will soothe the problem.
Reopening issue.
