Ok, finaly the scenario to reproduce the problem is found. To do so please
insert an embedded object ( StarMath for example ) into a writer document,
select it, cut, insert a new object, do undo operation until the first object
appeares and do paste. After that store the document. The result document
contains two embedded object reffering to the same persistance.
Currently, when it is clear how to reproduce the problem and that it is not
result of old OOo versions usage, I think this problem should be fixed for
OOo2.0.
