The OOo spell checker runs quite slowly. When resolving its findings and the
next error is some pages down, the dialog box freezes and doesn't show any
change for some time after clicking on Ignore or Change. So the user is unsure
whether the click has been recognized at all and is prompted to click again --
possibly doing the wrong thing with the next found error.

Therefore, the spell checker should change the mouse pointer immediately to the
sandclock as a visual feedback before proceeding.
A throbber or, better yet, a progress indicator would be perfect.
