Basic's AppWin class relies on long gone MDI windows to layout the position of
its children (including the scrollbars). The height of an MDI window is
incidentally comparably high as the titlebar of a WorkWindow on most platforms
which is why the used method still kind of works; anyway one should use proper
measurements for layouting one's child windows.
